For every valid item sold by a Registered Team member, 100p commission will be earned and an ADDITIONAL 100p will be added to the final cash prize pool, where winners will be announced in December 2025 at the Cloudcraft End of Year party.

What counts as a valid sale?

• Direct Sales: Purchases on the platform, consumed or re-sold in your own networks or channels
• Referred Sales: Sales made by a referred user, who registers with your Affiliate Code

How do I promote Cloudcraft?

• On most social media channels, you are neither allowed nor encouraged to directly sell vapes, and we strongly discourage you from doing so. 
• Instead, success will be measured by new Users that you refer, bringing them into the platform using their dedicated Affiliate Code (must be created during registration). 
• The goal is not to find new users to start vaping, the goal is to reach the small communities of users that are already buying vape in bulk (vape shops, micro entrepreneurs, sari-sari owners, etc) and introducing them to Cloudcraft.

What's in it for me?

• For every 1 wholesale unit sold (1 unit = 10pcs), Registrants will earn 100 PHP in CASH commissions.
• Additionally, ANOTHER 100 PHP will be added to the final prize pool, where teams will compete for their share of the total earnings.
• Every Registrant will be granted a FREE GOLD MEMBERSHIP (worth 20,000 PHP), valid for 1 year.
• Additionally, Registrants will receive a dedicated Customized Voucher Code that they can share to their followers, which will entitle the consumers to a FREE SILVER MEMBERSHIP (worth 1,000 PHP).

How It Works

1. Register to join a team. 
2. 10 Sub-Teams will participate in a 5 vs 5 battle to compete for a share of at least 1,000,000 PHP in cash and prizes. 5 White Sub-Teams and 5 Black Sub-Teams will be accepted.
3. Each Sub-Team may consist of up to 10 members each. Each Team must appoint a Team Captain, who must be a THOC alumni or FEMI creator
4. After 100 days, prizes will be issued out based on the Cash Prize Pools outlined below

Cash Prize Pool

For every registered member, 100p cash will be added to the pot for every product sold through the Cloudcraft platform for registered Members of the Campaign.

    Prize Pool Allocations - Team Allocations

• 20% of Total: Winning Team (Black or White), split evenly amongst all participating members. Max 50 winning participants.
• 20% of Total: Winning Sub-Team, split evenly among amongst all participating members. Max 10 winning participants.
• 20% of Total: Winning Sub-Team that generates the most social media engagement (as a team) during the campaign. Max 10 winning participants.

    Prize Pool Allocations - Individual Allocations

• 10% of Total: Individual that has the highest Direct Sales during the campaign. 
• 10% of Total: Individual that has the highest Referral Sales during the campaign. 
• 10% of Total: Individual that sells the most X-Ultra Lite devices during the campaign. 
• 10% of Total: Individual that creates the highest engagement volume during the campaign.

Notes & Disclaimers

• All Team Registrations are open. You may not participate in multiple teams. 
• First come, first serve. Once added to a team, you may not be removed or change teams. 
• To earn any winnings, each Participant must complete at least 1 valid sale or referral sale during period to be considered for the prize pool, otherwise forfeiting any winnings.
• Creators are not required to endorse X-Vape or any other vape products to participate
• Individuals may win multiple prizes across categories
• Items sold via the Platinum Membership will not be eligible towards increasing the prize pool, but will be counted as part of the final sales of the respect Team/Sub-Team.
• Final cash pool will be equal to 100p x Total # Units Sold. Additional prizes may be given out in products or other forms.
• Sales made for Regular, Silver, or Gold Memberships will generate commission earnings. Platinum member sales will count towards the winning team's numbers, but are not entitled to the 100p + 100p commission structure.
