At Cloudcraft, we take age-gating very seriously. Users must be signed in with a KYC-approved account, before being able to access the shop and place new orders.

2. Order Fulfillment

Unfortunately, no. Cloudcraft exclusively serves B2B clients, so the minimum SKU unit size is Inner Boxes of 10pc. For Resellers and Distributors, items are delivered in Master Boxes of 200pc.
To purchase individual pieces, please visit one of our partner retail outlets.
For regular users, no.
For active Members (Silver Tier or above), additional discounts may be redeemed by increasing your order size (set per SKU) to the RSP or DSP levels.
Shipping rates vary by your location and order size.
For orders inside Metro Manila or Cebu City, your shipping fee is 20p per product.
For orders outside of Metro Manila or Cebu City, shipping rates are 50p per product.
All users unlock free shipping for orders above 500,000 PHP.
For Metro Manila and Cebu City, expect deliveries within 2-4 business days.
For cities outside of Metro Manila and Cebu City, deliveries may take between 4-8 days, depending on your location.
In case we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our agents will reach out to coordinate on your preferred course of action, if partial deliveries or substituting items.
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to one end point per customer.
Established Delivery points may only be changed once for the duration of any given Membership, to avoid any confusion or sharing of accounts.
We offer a 15-day return policy for all products, ONLY for unopened items still in its original packaging, and undamaged. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Affiliate & Family Plans

First, you must be an active User of Cloudcraft, having completed your KYC requirements. Once you are an approved, active customer, you may submit a request to Become an Affiliate.
Only active affiliates may request to become a Family member.
Once your account is approved as an Affiliate account, you may purchase a "Family Membership" pass (LINK), which is valid for life.
Once purchased, you may enter your Parent Affiliate code (if you have one) to tie yourself to that account. Family Units are tied together for life, so choose your family carefully!
Every account is eligible to have 2 Child accounts. Each Child may in turn link to 2 other Children of their own, or your "Grandchildren". This continues for your Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren, for a total of 2 Children + 4 Grandchildren + 8 Great-Grandchildren + 16 Great-Great Grandchildren connected to your family account.
For every Qualifying Sale your Child makes, you earn an additional +0.4% bonus commission, +0.3% for your Grandchildren, +0.2% for Great-Grandchildren, and +0.1% for Great-Great-Grandchildren sales.
Affiliate commissions will only be granted for qualifying transactions, which must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Transaction must be complete, paid for, and not refunded, through a direct referral from an affiliate link.
- Affiliate commissions will not be granted for non-physical products.
When a receiving user clicks your referral link, a temporary cookie is automatically placed in the receiver's local device. Any transactions made during that session with automatically tag the transaction to your referral ID.
Note: sessions are active until user either closes the tab, or after 24 hours from clicking the link, whichever comes first.
You can view your Affiliate and Family earnings in the Affiliate Portal (HERE).
There are several reasons why you might not have been credited for a sale. Some common reasons include:
- The client did not complete the transaction by clicking on your direct affiliate link.
- The client clicked your affiliate link, but the session expired (completing after 24 hours from click) or was otherwise altered (completed transaction in a different device or browser).
- The client clicked a different affiliate link before checking out.
- The client did not pay for their purchase, or refunded their order.
If you still feel that a particular order should have been tied to your account, reach our at orders@cloudcraft.ph with information about your order and any proof of referral.
Cashing out via Discounts: convert credits into Gift Card to be used within the website. Cash out request may be requested anytime.
Cash out via Cash (PHP): withdrawing commissions as cash will be permitted once per calendar month, with a minimum requirement of 10,000 php to withdraw earnings.
