100 Registrants (select partners from Cloudcraft, THOC, and FEMI) will compete in 10 teams of 10, for their share of at LEAST 1 million PHP Prize Pool, combined cash + prizes.

During the Campaign, Registrants will be given a dedicated Referral Code that they may share to friends & followers. For the next 60 days, or until the campaign expires, ANY valid purchase made by the referred party will generate commissions for the Referrer. 

In addition to direct commissions generated, for every valid item sold, an ADDITIONAL 100p CASH will be added to the Prize Pool.

If you haven't already, create an active Cloudcraft account (Sign-Up Link) with a VALID Government ID for KYC.

Then, sign up to participate in the campaign HERE.

The first 100 slots will be accepted only, first come, first serve. Registration will close by September 30, 2025.

Every Registrant will automatically be given a FREE Gold Membership, valid for 1 year (valued at 20,000 PHP).

Upon completing Registration, you should receive an email notification that you have been upgraded to Gold Membership status, within 1-2 days. 

Every Registrant will get a customized Referral Code, which may be shared with Friends & Family ("Users"). Referral Codes serve two purposes for the Users:

1. When a User signs up using a Referral Code, that User will be attached to the referring Registrant for the duration of the campaign (for commission generation).
2. Users can use the Referral Code to claim a 100% discount on Silver Memberships (valued at 1,000 PHP), or 50% discount on Gold Memberships (valued at 20,000 PHP).

Once your code has been created (when your Membership is upgraded), you should automatically find your requested Referral Code appear in the Leaderboard shown above, which means it's already available to use.

There are two ways you can earn through this campaign:

1. Direct Sale: Actively earn by using your Gold Membership to purchase products directly from Cloudcraft to maximize your discount. Sell the products in your business at SRP, and pocket the ENTIRE Margin (for Gold Members, earn between 700-1,200p for every unit sold). For those who want to directly buy & sell products to earn more margin.
2. Referral Sale: Passively earn at least 100p commission, for every valid purchase made by your Referred Users for the campaign duration. For those who do not wish to buy & sell products directly, but can find people who do.
3. 1. If the Referred User is a Silver Member: For every item sold, earn half of the margin difference between Gold and Silver Membership, with a minimum guarantee of 100p.
   2. If the Referred User is a Gold Member: Earn a fixed 100p commission for every item sold.
   3. If the Referred User is a Platinum Member: Earn a fixed 50p commission for every item sold. 

For example: 

• 1 unit of Ultra Pods (4,500p SRP) is sold to a Silver Member (4,100p), who was referred by a Registrant on Gold Status. 
• The margin difference of Ultra Pods on Gold (3,200p) and Silver (4,100p) is 900p. Registrant would earn half (450p) as direct commission. 

For every Sale made (whether Referral or Direct), Cloudcraft will add an ADDITIONAL 100p to the final Cash Prize Pool.

Platinum Note: Direct or Referred sales made by Platinum Members will not generate any additional cash to the Prize Pool. Only direct commissions will be issued for Platinum Referrals.

When a User SIGNS UP using your custom Referral Code, that User will be attached to your account for the full duration of the campaign. ANY valid sale made by these Users will automatically generate commissions + Prize Pool bonuses while the campaign is active. 

If a referred User failed to use your Referral Code during REGISTRATION, the account will NOT be attached to yours.

It does not matter whether or not the Referred User uses your Referral Code during Check Out (for Membership purchases). Only the point of registration is the key connecting moment.

For EVERY X-Ultra Lite you sell that is matching your TEAM COLOR (White or Black), Registrants will generate 2X COMMISSION for every unit sold!

Additionally, a separate bonus will be issued from the Prize Pool to the team that sells the most X-Ultra Lites during the campaign duration.

Sales cut off periods will be computed for periods of the 1-15th of each month, and 15-31st of each month. 

Earnings reports will be generated and sent to qualifying Affiliates within 5 days, and direct commissions will be released within 5 days after that.

The Prize Pool is a guaranteed value of 1,000,000 PHP in Cash and Prizes, which will be issued out to the Registrants at the end of the Campaign, announced and awarded at the 2025 Cloudcraft Christmas Party in December (final date to be announced). 

For every valid Direct or Referral Sale, 100p CASH will be added towards the final prize pool for every item sold.

Special Terms:

• At the end of the campaign, if the total Cash Prize Pool is less than 1,000,000 PHP, the Prize Pool may be supplemented with products, gift vouchers, and other  relevant prizes.
• Any given sale (Direct or Referral) may only contribute bonuses towards the Prize Pool once (i.e. internal referral sales cannot generate double bonus for Registrants)
• Refunded Orders will automatically deduct from both the Prize Pool and Commissions earned.
• Participants must complete AT LEAST 1 valid sale (Direct or Referral) during the campaign to be eligible for Prize Pool earnings (i.e. if you don't contribute, you won't be entitled to earn from Team bonuses).

The campaign will end on November 30, 2025. 

Final results and prizes will be announced in December 2025. Final dates will be confirmed later.

Teams may not be changed once assigned. 

Changes to Referral Codes may be requested by reaching out at marketing@cloudcraft.ph, but is subject for approval (as this may cause some computation errors later). 

Cloudcraft will periodically issue PR kits for top sellers or large accounts. You may request for a PR Kit after your first valid sale, though approval is subject to availability. 

If you want to request Gold Membership for some of your followers (such as those who might already be re-sellers in the industry), you may do so by sending an email to marketing@cloudcraft.ph with the requested User's Cloudcraft account information (email address).

Gold Memberships will automatically be granted for Users who are able to share Registered Business documents (SEC Registration) that prove they are in commercial vape retail / trading business. 

Note: When your followers are upgraded to Gold Membership, your earning potential for each Referral Sale becomes fixed at 100p per cube sold.
